The pandemic rise of novel COVID-19 had brought a tension in the minds of all persons.
They all have a concern of their family,about what to eat to protect themselves from this viral infection.




The all viral infection are transmitted from one person to another as it name is virus.
But a simple or a very easy method or habit can resist us from this virus is Nutrition.


The Virus can't be cured similar to the bacteria  infection as viral infection only can get into a treatment. 



But only one thing is available which made us not to infected from these virus r bacteria is our Immune system.

               What is Immune System ?

Immune system comprises a group of proteins called antibodies which circulate in the blood plasma and lymph.this forms the third line of defence against pathogens and harmful molecules that may penetrate the first and second line of defence.

The most important characteristics of this immune system is its ability to recognize its own cells and macro-molecules from the invaders or non-self.

               What is Nutrition ?

Nutrition is the process that provides food and converted int o a simple components by biochemical processes,absorbed and utilized by the body calls.


              What is Nutrients and Food ?

All chemicals compounds which nourish our body are called nutrients. Carbohydrates,fats,proteins,vitamins and minerals and water are the nutrients of food.
Food is any substance which contain nutrients.

Food is required for the following six purposes:
